Configuration by account holders

Before using the booking system productive the account holder has to configure frontend and backend. As account holder, you define the vehicle categories, assign object names and descriptions, add photos, pricing and opening times. Then you select the assignment plan fitting to your rental bussines. The assignment plan is the calendar you place on your website where the customer's book your rental offers.

Online booking for end users

The website visitors book their preferred vehicles in four steps . They choose the vehicles, set the lease term, enter personal data and select one online payment method. After these four steps the online booking and online payment is complete and the end user receives a confirmation link via e-mail, to confirm the booking. With this double opt-in method your customers booking process of is completed.

Corporate Design and Layout

The software adopts to your product portfolio and corporate design. This is made easy through the integration of HTML-code into your website. The design of the booking screens can be customized in the backend through the choice of font and color. Further adjustments to the basic layout can be done through the integration of a separate CSS file (Cascading Style Sheet).

On request, we customize layouts or restructure the steps of the booking process in frontend and backend as you prefer.
